Manga Reader能快速建立类似mangapanda 和 mangafox 这样的漫画阅读连载网站，只需按照说明提示，即可轻松设置这个CMS，之前见到过一款，但没有发布出来，记得群里有会员问我要漫画类的程序，就发出来给大家玩玩。

大体就是解压缩，上传，设置好数据库，然后打开
http://mydomain.com/install 填写数据库信息，
然后就可以登录了，到Administration Page页面去修改用户名和密码
